IceLab Bergamo è pronto a inaugurare una nuova stagione internazionale di grande pattinaggio, con lo sguardo sempre più rivolto all’Olimpiade di Milano-Cortina 2026. Dall’11 al 14 settembre la pista bergamasca ospiterà il 17°Lombardia Trophy – Memorial Anna Grandolfi, inserito nelle ISU Challenger Series 2025.
In gara oltre cento atleti provenienti da 25 Paesi, pronti a presentare in anteprima i programmi che li accompagneranno per tutta la stagione.
Il livello dei partecipanti è altissimo. Tra gli uomini torna sul ghiaccio il campione del mondo in carica Ilia Malinin (USA), unico pattinatore capace di atterrare in gara il quadruplo axel, che ritroverà come prestigioso rivale il giapponese Yuma Kagiyama, bronzo mondiale 2025. Per i colori azzurri grande attesa per Nikolaj Memola (Fiamme Oro), argento europeo lo scorso anno, e per Matteo Rizzo
(Fiamme Azzurre), bronzo europeo 2024.
Nella gara femminile i riflettori saranno puntati sulla campionessa del mondo Alyssa Liu (USA), che aprirà a Bergamo la sua stagione, mentre per l’Italia scenderanno in pista Lara Naki Gutmann (Fiamme Oro), tre volte campionessa italiana, insieme a Elena Agostinelli, Vivienne Contarino e Chiara Minighini.
Le coppie d’artistico offriranno come sempre grande spettacolo: attesi gli azzurri Sara Conti / Niccolò Macii (Fiamme Oro), vicecampioni del mondo; Lucrezia Beccari / Matteo Guarise (Fiamme Azzurre/Fiamme Oro), campioni europei 2024; e Rebecca Ghilardi / Filippo Ambrosini (Fiamme Azzurre), bronzo europeo 2024. A rappresentare i colori italiani anche la coppia emergente Irma Caldara / Riccardo Maglio.
Nella danza saranno protagoniste le nuove generazioni azzurre: Victoria Manni / Carlo Röthlisberger, Giulia Isabella Paolino / Andrea Tuba e i giovanissimi Noemi Tali / Noah Lafornara, campioni del mondo junior 2025.
Il Lombardia Trophy si conferma così un appuntamento di riferimento nel calendario internazionale, capace di portare a Bergamo i grandi protagonisti del pattinaggio mondiale e offrire al pubblico italiano l’occasione di vivere da vicino uno spettacolo unico, a meno di cinque mesi dall’Olimpiade di Milano-Cortina 2026.

IceLab Bergamo is ready to shine the spotlight on top-level figure skating with the Lombardia Trophy 2025, marking the start of a new international season and bringing the focus ever closer to the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games. From September 11 to 14, the Bergamo rink will host the 17th Lombardia Trophy – Memorial Anna Grandolfi, part of the ISU Challenger Series 2025.
More than one hundred skaters from 25 countries will compete, presenting for the first time the programs that will accompany them throughout the season.
The level of competition is extremely high. Among the men, the spotlight will be on reigning World Champion Ilia Malinin (USA), the only skater capable of landing the quadruple Axel in competition. His strongest rival will be Japan’s Yuma Kagiyama, 2025 World bronze medalist. For Italy, all eyes will be on Nikolaj Memola (Fiamme Oro), 2025 European silver medalist, and Matteo Rizzo (Fiamme Azzurre), 2024 European bronze medalist.
In the women’s event, attention will be on World Champion Alyssa Liu (USA), who will open her season in Bergamo. Representing Italy will be Lara Naki Gutmann (Fiamme Oro), three-time Italian Champion, together with Elena Agostinelli, Vivienne Contarino, and Chiara Minighini.
Pairs skating will once again deliver great excitement, with Italy’s best teams: Sara Conti / Niccolò Macii (Fiamme Oro), Worlds 2025 bronze medalists; Lucrezia Beccari / Matteo Guarise (Fiamme Azzurre/Fiamme Oro), 2024 European Champions; and Rebecca Ghilardi / Filippo Ambrosini (Fiamme Azzurre), 2024 European bronze medalists. The emerging Italian pair Irma Caldara / Riccardo Maglio will also take the ice.
In ice dance, the new generation of Italian skaters will be in the spotlight: Victoria Manni / Carlo Röthlisberger, Giulia Isabella Paolino / Andrea Tuba, and the young Noemi Tali / Noah Lafornara, the 2025 World Junior Champions.
The Lombardia Trophy once again confirms its role as a landmark event in the international calendar, bringing the top stars of world figure skating to Bergamo and giving Italian fans the chance to experience a unique spectacle — less than five months before the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games.

MISSION STATEMENT  

We create and cultivate opportunities for participation and achievement in figure skating. We support all athletes in reaching their goals, maximizing their potential by providing top quality programs 

SKATING PROGRAM 

Our international skating program for high level comprises a fully coordinated system for the advancement of the multiple skills and abilities that contribute to talent development (besides skating, we offer off-ice training, dance, stretching and injury prevention, but also mental coaching, nutritional advice and career advising, amongst others) 

Each day Monday to Friday schedule consists of: 

• 2 X technical session on ice with international coaches 
• 1 X skating skills session on ice  
• 1 X spins ( spirals for pairs ) session on ice  
• 1 X rotational( lifts for pairs )  exercises off ice  
• 1 X ballet or stretching session  
• 1 x physical training session  

Each skater/pair  coming to the center will be provided by the director and team of coaches with a personalized program that will include goals and work plan.

COACHING METHOD 

Teamwork is the basic idea underpinning the whole Icelab coaching program and it has been proven to work well and produce results. The program, which includes multiple key skills for skaters (physical training, choreography, psychology, ballet and postural training, stretching and so on) is coordinated in all its components by the director Mrs. Franca Bianconi, in full cooperation with the head coach of the skater.

Dal 12 al 15 dicembre 2019, presso IceLab di Bergamo – Via San Bernardino, 141 – prenderà il via l’edizione 2020 dei Campionati Italiani di Pattinaggio di Figura.

Organizzata da IceLab, la competizione nazionale prevede 4 giorni di gare di Artistico, Danza e Sincronizzato, sia per la categoria Senior, sia per quella Junior, con 160 atleti totali. 

Una nuova occasione per ammirare le stelle indiscusse del panorama tricolore sfidarsi sul ghiaccio della splendida struttura bergamasca.

A trionfare lo scorso anno al Palaghiaccio di Trento furono Charlène Guignard e Marco Fabbri (Fiamme Azzurre) nella danza, Nicole Della Monica e Matteo Guarise (Fiamme Oro) tra le coppie di artistico, Daniel Grassl (Young Goose Academy) nell’individuale maschile, Alessia Tornaghi (Agorà Skating Team) nell’individuale femminile e le Hot Shivers (Precision Skating Milano) nel sincronizzato.

La competizione nazionale è valida per le seguenti categorie:

I Campionati Italiani di Pattinaggio di Figura 2020 prenderanno il via giovedì 12 dicembre con il programma corto delle categorie Junior Ladies, Junior Men, Junior e Senior Synchronized, e proseguirà venerdì 13 con il programma libero delle stesse categorie. Sabato 14 dicembre sarà il turno della Rhythm Dance delle Coppie di Danza Junior e Senior; a seguire il programma corto delle categorie Senior Ladies, Senior Men, e delle Coppie di Artistico, Junior e Senior. La giornata di domenica 15 dicembre chiuderà la quattro giorni di gare con il la free dance delle Coppie di Danza, categorie Junior e Senior, e il programma libero delle categorie Senior Ladies, Senior Men, Junior e Senior Pairs.

#IIC2019: THE FIRST EDITION WILL TAKE PLACE IN BERGAMO

The first edition of “Ice Lab International Cup”, an international ISU and interclub figure skating competition, will take place at the IceLab stadium in Bergamo – Via San Bernardino 141- from the 1st to the 3rd November 2019.

Organized by IceLab, the “IceLab International Cup 2019” presents 3 days of competitions, 22 nations attending the event and 182 athletes in total. A new occasion to admire some of the best national and international figure skater on Bergamo’s ice-rink, such as Nicole Della Monica/Matteo Guarise (ITA – Senior Pairs), Lucrezia Beccari (ITA – Junior Ladies), Chenny Paolucci (ITA – Junior Ladies), Laura Barquero/Tòn Cónsul (SPA – Senior Pairs), Angel Li (CHN – Junior Ladies), Ginevra Negrello (ITA – Junior Ladies), Matteo Nalbone (ITA – Junior Men), Sara Conti/Niccolò Macii (ITA – Senior Pairs), Federica Zamponi/Marco Zandron (ITA – Junior Pairs).

The international ISU competition is valid for the following categories:
